The waiting is but over! After being relatively quieter in the majority of this Covid 19 Slow down, afro pop artist, Ril B of the Mwini Zinthu fame, is now set to release a music video of Tchu Tchu Tchu, this Friday 3rd July, 2020.
The audio, produced by Blantyre based OBK Beats, has been hitting the airwaves and shaking the dancefloors locally, prompting fans to ask for its video. The audio was released on 23rd March this year.

“I have received positive reactions from my fans towards the song, some of them reached to the extent saying the song was great but I was not pushing it hard, and many of them were like we needed the video of the song, so I complied,” Ril B reveals.

Tchu Tchu Tchu, as Ril B puts it, evolved from his observation in the community, in regard to the anticipation of some Male-Female ‘bestie’ friendship.

He said the song talks about two people, who are best friends and everyone is hoping they were going to fall in love sooner but neither side is nailing it.
“It’s all about the expectations that come with boy-girl relationships,” he reveals.

Meanwhile, Ril B has revealed Tchu Tchu Tchu is a genesis to his destination of releasing an album later this year.

“I’ll shoot one or two more music videos before a countrywide tour which in the end, will result in a release of an album. I hope to do all these before this year ends,” hopes he.

Already, some fans of the artists are eagerly anticipating for the forth coming music video. One of such fans, Comfort Tembo, a Malawian based in the Republic of South Africa applauds Ril B’s composure in the studio.

“This artist takes his time to compose his lyrics, no wonder he mostly dishes out some of the best for our liking, He Must continue pushing like that, and I can’t wait to watch the video” he applauds.

Concurring with Comfort, Bright Bonnex Matemba of Judgement Films, who has produced and directed the impending video, has labelled Ril B as a mature artist who always wants to up his game.

“Working with Ril B is great because he’s well organized, most of the artist in Malawi don’t organize their Music Videos despite having a script. He is different!” praised he.

Tchu Tchu Tchu will be the second music video from the artist this year, after Amuna Ndife earlier in the year.
