The alluring up and coming Mzuzu based youthful rapper, Pierre Mangoche better known by his Alias “Bazz” is set to release his long awaited EP, Colours later this year.
Buzz may be a relatively new brand on the local rap podium, but his lyrical prowess is a promise of a brighter musical future onto this youngster.
Studying Bachelor Human Rights at the University of Livingstonia, Bazz no ordinary rap artist. He is a visionary young artist who is already dreaming big. According to him, Colours will be the best way of making his presence felt musically.
“I think every artist has to work on a project like an album and so the EP is my growing and maturing in the music industry,” he said.
The 19-year-old revealed the EP has seven tracks and is basically a story of how vision creates life.
“It starts with a relationship concept in the first three tracks. Then it talks about life and struggle then the final tracks express dreams,” expounded Bazz.
The EP is Bazz’ first self-sponsored project and he is hoping of a blissful musical future.
“I don’t see myself ever stopping music because I don’t just do it for likes but I do it because I love music regardless if I sell or not since music is the only place I can express matters of my heart,” he revealed.
Among others, the EP has featured other gifted voices in the likes Vanting, Rough Kid, and Tornado.
Most of the recording of the EP was done at Kaning’ina Records, produced by Twiggy’s young brother, Rough Kid and other tracks at Masterpiece records by Themba.
