The uncrowned Malawian RnB king, Lulu is set to release what he is calling “a master class piece to his fans” as he will be celebrating his 32nd birthday on the 7th May 017.
According to the artist, the yet-to-be-named song is of a different class and will inspire a lot of souls.
“I’ve learnt a lot of things since my last album last year, and this song is sounding more mature. And people will find solutions to their problems; believe you me,” said Lulu.
And why dropping the song on his birthday?
“7th May is my special day. So this year I felt I should give them my birthday package so as to thank them for being with me throughout my music career. I’ll therefore give my fans a new material to rock their world. It’s definitely going to be good. Surely Malawi will love this song,” he promises.
Meanwhile, it appears the gifted voiced artist plans to spend his 32nd birthday outside the boundaries of the country.
“I’ll do a show when am back cause I’ll not spend my birthday in Malawi…
I need some fresh air,” he says.
The single will follow the successful dropping of his album last year titled ‘Mwayenera’.
Lulu was born on the 7th of May 1985, and is one of the country’s respected guitarists, having worked with Legends like Lucius Banda, and Mlaka Maliro just to mention a few.
