Milestone! the legend finally unites with the future as Malawi’s multi-award-winning RnB Artist –Kell Kay has again excite his followers by collaborating with the all-time greatest Sir Soldier Lucius Banda in “Mpaka Kale” (the title of the song).
Sir Soldier is the first artist to be announced to have featured in the soon to be released Kell Kay’s career maiden 12 songs album.
Mpaka Kale is a love song produced by Malawi’s multi-talented producer, musician and songwriter Janta.
Love is refusing to die in the country’s ladies’ favourite Kell Kay as the persona in “Mpaka Kale” is expressing the commitment of loving his wife for better or for worse.
In an interview with EM, Kell Kay said the collaboration is part of his dreams that are slowly coming to reality.
“It has always been my dream to share a studio booth with a legend like Lucius Banda, Malawians should expect big things from my album, this is one of its kind that you don’t have to miss.” Ndine Mbuli star said.
Love After 24, the name of the album has seen the golden voice Kell Kay being versatile in different genres of music with “Chatha” one of the songs released from the album having a tradition touch, which is already enjoying airplay in the local radio stations.
Since it is a debut album Kelly Kay was quick to say that the album was worth to wait as it will bring out the best of him and a new music compilation.
“This is an album that I have put all my focus on, it is worth to wait and people must bank their hopes on me, I will not disappoint them.” Said Kell Kay.
Rumours have it that South Africa based Malawian Gwamba, BFB and Piksy are on the list to colour Love After 24. Will he pull out another surprise? All are in the hands of his manager.
