As Christmas and New Year jamborees are just a stone’s throw away, magnificent dancehall icon Jay Jay Cee has just dropped a banger, Zunguza, this Monday, the 3rd December 2018.

Zunguza, produced by Gaffar, his longtime collaborator and label mate is a jam for celebrations, refreshment and parties going down in this festive season.

“This song is about refreshment and celebration. Every person takes time to celebrate life at some point in time. This song is for you; it’s for everybody.” He said.

Jay praised the song in comparison with his previous releases claiming it won’t need any musical Professor to certify its popularity once it hits the dancehall podiums.

“Not sure of its limit, Zunguza will be a big tune. Obviously a banger for December and all celebrations coming after its release. This is the kind of jam that will remind people that every day is indeed a Christmas.” He challenged.

Added he, “Sulingati Enawa has been my big tune this year especially in the country, as statistics can show, it was the biggest selling caller tune. But this song is just different and I hope that it will be one of my biggest tunes as well.”

Although the youthful artist has been making headlines locally, Jay Jay Cee still feels he is yet to fulfil his dreams. According to him, some tirades have been heading his way overtime hence derailing his progress.

“Financial hiccups have been my biggest challenges so far. For one to produce high quality international songs, having a sound financial base is a must. God willing, I wanna conquer Africa one day,” claims he.

Meanwhile Jay Jay Cee is cooking more songs for his second album, Mulingo Wina which is scheduled for release in 2019.
