This means most of the employees under this organization are more often than not, spending their days in the field, interacting with various individuals so as to understand their needs and how best to help them.

I am the first born and the only girl child in the family of four; thus from my mother’s side, and the first born child from the family of 6 from my father’s side.
My home village is Msomba, under T/A Kilupula in Karonga District. Currently, I am residing at Malema 2 village under T/A Kyungu, in the same district.
Brief academic background
My first day at school was at Luso Private Primary school thus from kindergarten to Standard 5. Then, I was transferred to Karonga CCAP Primary School. This was so because one of my neighbors convinced my mother that a private school was not best for me, because these private institutions from her line of thinking, were only interested in financial returns, and not their core business.
At Karonga CCAP primary school it’s where I sat for my Primary School Leaving Certificate of Education in 2008. I was then selected to Karonga Community Day Secondary School. In 2013, I
