For the fact that Malawi remains one of the poorest countries in the world despite making significant economic and structural reforms to sustain economic growth. Where the economy is heavily dependent on Agriculture, employing nearly 80% of the population, and it is vulnerable to external shocks, particularly climatic shocks as recorded by The World Bank in Malawi. This made the Chidodo hitmaker, Black Nina to collaborate with Micia in coming up with a song titled Mundiyankhe which simply means answer me. In the song, Black Nina displayed himself as a persona to act on behalf of a poor people to ask God as to when all the social problems in the society are going to reach to an end since all the joy is long gone.

In the song, the Chilawe Changachi hitmaker, Black Nina achieves his message by shooting questions to most of the social problems that have stagnated in Malawi despite being a visionary country.

To make the song very effective, he employed Micia who used a sad tone on the hook of the song to make it attract the attention of listeners of the song.

The artist opened the song using these lines mainly to give his audiences on one of the major causes of social problems in society. Instead of some politicians being role models of development, they are ring leaders of poverty in their societies. Most of them are very greedy, selfish and self-centred. Instead of focusing on how to develop thousands of many poor people, they only think of using the money that was meant for development in buying fancy cars and also building big mansions in big cities like Lilongwe and Blantyre

In the song, Black Nina highlighted some of the major social problems that are affecting the society of Malawi such as lack of employment opportunities among the youths, lack of recreational activities in the society that is forcing many youths into notorious activities like smoking marijuana, drinking alcohol and excessive intake of drug and substances. He focused on the youth because over 50 per cent of the total population of Malawi is made up of the youths.

The artist did not spare the lives of those who are struggling with different diseases at the hospital for many years by asking,

“Kodi ambuye mwatiiwala kuti tizingokhala zakazaka m’chipatala tikufuna machiliso sitimachimwila dala?.”

This was done with the main purpose of asking God to heal the ones who are sick in the hospital bearing in mind that God is the only one who knows how to heal the sick.

With the merciless killings of people living with albinism that are being killed like termites, Black Nina depicted himself in the shoes of the Albinos to question on the evil killings of such killings. Here, the artists are trying to tell people

This is depicted in the lines

“Malawi ukudziwa kuti kupha ndi tchimo koma bwanji sukusamala moyo wachi alubino imfa zawo za daily zomveka ngat chisimo.”

These words were also used bearing in mind that Malawi is one of the God-fearing nations in the continent and that killing is not a must in any God-fearing country. In other words, the artists is trying to tells us that Malawians are being a hypocrite by acting in contrast to what they define themselves to other countries.

Most Malawians mainly do believe that if they change leaders who are in power then there is going to be developed in the society where development will be the theme of the day but Black Nina is proving them wrong through the lines,

“olo tisinthe boma palibe chikoma, voti langa lomwe kukumana ndi zokhoma”

mainly to tell the listeners that there is no any development or happiness that is being depicted in the society despite changing the system of Government. One would note that many politicians’ use their political propaganda during the times of election to deceive the poor on the developments they are going to implement once voted in power.

What Black Nina in collaboration with Macia has displayed in the song is one of the major roles that many artists such as Lucius Banda, Billy Kaunda, Mlaka Maliro, Fredokiss, Martse and others have so far displayed in their music career to speak on behalf of the marginalised in the country. This role displays the maturity of the artist in the music industry of Malawi as most of them tend to mainly focus on their lives by boasting on materials that they have.
