A couple of years ago, Black Nina defined his stature as a force to reckon with with a banger, “Chilawe” a duet with hoarse voiced, Nepman.
So popular was it that literary every corner of M-dubz, every joint in town, it was “Chilawe Changachi” on the speakers.
A couple of years later, Black Nina was to make headlines again with another dancefloor anthem, “Tangochidula” another duet, this time around, with Original Passenger.
In between the years, there were other songs along the way. Now, cometh 2019, Black Nina has come up with fresh ideas as he has gone gospel. He is releasing a song titled, “Mundiyankhe.”
Scheduled for 22 April 2019, “Mundiyankhe” drags the listener into the world where people are impatiently waiting to reap from their sweats. It addresses every day struggles people go through as they hope for a better tomorrow.
“’It’s a gospel song so to say, I am in this song asking God as to when will joy and peace come to pass as we are always referring the hardships we are going through to ‘Time’. I am trying to know from God if there is also Time for the happiness as well. He exclaimed.
Asking him as to why he is just firing one single after another and not necessarily an album, Black Nina replied says he is after quality assurance.
‘Releasing an album should not be done as if you are competing with someone. First thing to look at is what doyou want to address. Nowadays, people demand music that is of high quality in both video and audio production hence as an artist, there’s a lot that we need to consider.” He enlightens.
Once again, ‘Mundiyankhe’ has seen Black Nina having a collabo with Macia. The latter is not only the producer for the song but has also crafted its beat.
