The Blantyre, up and coming R&B artist B.E.N of the Moto fame is set to release his debut EP, Infectious on 25th June 2018, EM can reveal.
B.E.N explained that the EP is dedicated to people who fell victims of love while aiming at inspiring them to believe in love again.
“I want to express how real love feels, when you love someone or when you are loved by someone wholeheartedly with each song in this EP in the same I have been inspired with every song. It gives me strength and hope not only to know that I am being loved by someone but also when I see my friends in happy relationships.” he said.
Meanwhile, the singer is hopeful the EP is going to be palatable across the generation despite its being urban in nature.
“Falling in love has no specific age or stage in life; that is why I do not specify my target audience. It doesn’t matter whether they are young or grown-ups, but I hope that it gets out to everybody,” he explained.
According to B.E.N alias Ben Marques Nyengo, the EP is paving a way for an album which he is plans to release later this year.
INFECTIOUS EP contains 5 songs which have been craftily handled by various well known producers from different labels such as Red Disk, Epic City and Platinum records.
That aside, there are some scintillating collabos with artists such as Taks and Kelvin Sings. The latter was featured on the lead single of the EP, Moto, which has charted on various music shows.
Despite being a full time R&B singer, Ben has showed his uniqueness as he has mixed with hip hop and dancehall in the EP.
Meanwhile a music video for More Than Friends whose teaser has been trending on the social media will be released on the same day of the EP’s release.
