Slim D

Artist of the week; SLIM D

Profile by Langson Kalua Junior

Music, urban music in particular, is now the most sort-after industry locally. And today, we bring to you closer to the life of one multi-skilled rapper, Slim D. As he recalls, he used to be a member of his church choir among others. As he was growing up, he got introduced to the rap world.

He’s relatively on the younger side of life. However, belittling his studio dexterity would be the worst mistake one would ever make. Truth be told, Slim D is one of the very few who are now controlling proceedings musically up north.

The song “Zisatikhudze” marked the entry of this lyrically-energized Rap artist on the M-Dubz’ planet.

Currently, he has released a new song titled Osamadzinva which he has collaborates with one of the comedian hip hop artist, Seven O More.
